At the center of Dr. Code’s work is Postdigital Learner Agency (PLĀ), a new learning framework that helps people navigate, question, and take control of the digital tools that influence their lives. Dr. Code’s work is focused on developing practical strategies to ensure that technology supports, rather than limits, human potential. By studying real-world interactions with AI-driven learning platforms and healthcare decision-making tools, her research provides new insights, policy recommendations and digital literacy tools to keep people—rather than algorithms—in charge of their futures.
