Ruth Guo (PhD, 2006) joined the Computer Information Systems Department at Buffalo State in 2007. She specializes in educational technology, ICT and digital literacies, multiliteracies, video ethnography and research methods. Recently, she co-designed a new “EDC Multimedia Studio” in CIS and has been instrumental in working with colleagues on new a vision and cutting edge courses, facilities, and links to other programs for educational technology.
