Dr. Hannah Spector (PhD, 2013) is an Associate Professor of Education in the School of Behavioral Sciences and Education, PennState Harrisburg. Her dissertation – The Primacy of the Ethical in a Cosmopolitan Education: Fukushima Daiichi and other Global Risks – won the 2014 dissertation award in Canadian Curriculum Studies.
