Becoming, process, synthesis, relationality, embodiment, living inquiry, enílikogy, and reflexivity through autoethnography
The Graduate Program in Arts at the State University of Rio de Janeiro is pleased to invite everyone to the first meeting the Colloquium of Art, Criticism, and Creation research line with Prof. Peter Gouzouasis.
“A new samba groove: Becoming, process, synthesis, relationality, embodiment, living inquiry, enílikogy, and reflexivity through autoethnography”
Professor Peter Gouzouasis will explore how autoethnography may become a way (not the way) of understanding and sharing our experiences in teaching and learning with broad audiences—peers, teachers, administrators, parents, children, adolescents. He will discuss the features of autoethnography that open new, extended, holistic ways of thinking about living inquiry—as reflexive processes in the graphy of becoming artists↔researchers↔teachers in the study of learning↔teaching.
The conversation will take place on Zoom meeting on February 27, 2026, at 10 a.m. Vancouver time.
Everyone is invited!
