We are excited to launch a new online webinar series for our STEM education students in our MED online program, Survey of the Canadian STEM Education Landscape: Research, Practice, Policy, and Possibilities.
Throughout the series, we will be inviting distinguished STEM educators from across Canada to share their perspectives on the past, present, and future of STEM education in Canada. We have a great list of speakers planned. We very much hope that our students will take advantage of this opportunity to hear from and engage with these Canadian scholars and educators.
We are planning these sessions as conversations rather than traditional lectures, giving participants an opportunity to engage directly with our speakers, ask questions, and contribute to the discussion. The webinar is free and open to interested participants at UBC and elsewhere, but registration is required.
